Consumable goods such as tea cannot be returned once opened, unless found to be defective.

Once your return is approved, our shipping partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your location.

Upon receiving the product at our facility, we will verify the condition.

After successful verification, we will initiate either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.
