By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not access the Site or use our Services.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using our Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.


2. Products & Availability

All teas, accessories, and related items listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.


3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment methods: UPI, major credit/debit cards, net banking, etc.

  • Secure transactions: Payments are processed via encrypted third‑party gateways.

  • We may correct pricing errors at any time and cancel or refund affected orders.


4. Order Processing

An order confirmation email will be sent once your purchase is completed. Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those we suspect of fraud, resale, or violation of these Terms.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is offered across India (and selected international locations - coming soon).

  • Estimated delivery time:  5–7  business days after dispatch.

  • Free shipping threshold: Orders above ₹699.

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs, or force majeure are outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

We take utmost care in packing and delivering your order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Conditions:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the package.

  • Please email us at support@theteadabba.com with clear images of the damaged or incorrect item.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Consumable items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for step‑by‑step instructions.


7. Health Disclaimer

Our teas are produced under FSSAI‑compliant conditions. However, nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice. Consult your healthcare provider if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, photos, recipes, videos, and trademarks — is owned or licensed by The Tea Dabba. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without prior written consent.


9. User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other material (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual licence to use, display, and adapt that content in connection with our business.

User Content must not be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringe any third‑party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai , India.
